SafeLane Global successfully won a competitive tender to continue to deploy three rapid response teams and EOD survey teams, supported by a management capacity, to El Fasher, Nyala and El Geneina in Sudan.
Their client was a leading global humanitarian organisation.
The teams worked closely with the client’s escorts to execute emergency battle area clearance, explosive ordnance clearance and explosive ordnance detection and survey tasks within each respective area.
Teams also supervised the implementation of risk education (RE) delivered by national RE contractors to keep the citizens of Sudan safe from the explosive remnants of war.
